Hi, I’m Manon.

I’m an empath, an intuitive healer and a Reiki practitioner. I work softly, from the heart - and from somewhere a little beyond that.

I didn't choose Reiki. It chose me — quietly at first, then loudly, until I had no choice but to listen. It came to me through burnout, fear and doubt, through the slow dismantling of the version of me that was always doing and never being.

What I love about this work is the colour of it: the glitters that come off as energy moves, the warmth that rises up the spine, the messages that drop in when we get quiet enough to hear them. I see myself less as a healer and more as a witness — someone holding the space while you remember what you already know.

I work with people of all genders but mostly with women. Women in transition, in heartbreak, in their own becoming. Women ready to put the pushing down and try something softer.

Reiki with me is less about fixing and more about allowing what is ready to come to the surface and be released.

I place safety at the heart of my work.

My journey

My approach

My aim is to provide grounded practices and support throughout our time together. No woo-woo fluffy stuff that don’t make any sense. You’ll go away with practical recommendations, grounded tools and advice to implement on a daily basis to support your healing journey — wherever you are at.

My practice is grounded in calm and safety, in both my yoga classes and my Reiki sessions.

My approach with yoga

It's incredibly important for me to help people ground physically and mentally at the beginning of yoga classes. While most people spend their days thinking and in their own heads, the body usually tends to be left behind — yet it's one of our most powerful tools at our disposal.

It's constantly talking to us, and coming back to the body is essential for our mind-body connection, to help us live in harmony. So I intentionally leave a fair bit of time for grounding and connection at the beginning and end of a yoga class, weaving in the notion of Yin (stillness) and Yang (movement), so there's both movement and stillness creating these mindful experiences for my students.

My approach with Reiki

As for my Reiki sessions, I really hone in on the principle of consent and safety as a practitioner. This is important so that people can relax and surrender to the process of Reiki. As opposed to yoga, where they get to use their own bodies and have a certain level of control, in Reiki people have to completely let go and trust — me, the Reiki energy, and the process. This isn't something easily achieved by most people, unless they know what to expect and feel safe enough to surrender and receive.

That's why we'll start with a quick chat about why you're here today, before I share what to expect during the Reiki transmission itself, and close our time together chatting through your experience to help you integrate.

My philosophy

Safety has become particularly paramount to me since an intense episode of burnout.

For three years, my nervous system was in overdrive — constantly stuck in fight or flight. It came to a point where even relaxing felt impossible. I struggled to let go, to receive, to trust the people around me, healthcare professionals and alternative practitioners alike. That's why creating a safe container for you matters so much to me.

Rooted in compassion and awareness, I hold every Reiki session with one intention: that you feel like you're in safe hands. Safe with me, the Reiki energy. And, most importantly, safe with yourself.

Safety, to me, isn't just a feeling — it's the foundation everything else is built on. It's what allows you to press pause on a busy, overstimulated life. To witness and acknowledge whatever is going on for you internally, without judgement or pressure to fix it. To stand in stillness and simply allow whatever needs to surface, to surface — at your own pace, in your own time.

This is why safety sits at the very heart of everything I do, from the way I hold space for you in a session or a class to the way I show up for you outside of it.
